These terms apply to every order placed with Emarati Brands through this website.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed once our team contacts you to verify the details and availability of the items you selected.
Pricing
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time; the price shown at the time your order is confirmed is the price that applies.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is currently the only payment method available. Payment is due in full to the courier when your order is handed to you. Card payments are coming soon.
Delivery
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery is free on orders above 500 AED; otherwise a flat fee of 25 AED applies. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges follow our Returns policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.
Product presentation
We take care to present our pieces accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and handcrafted details can vary between pieces.

Governing law
